Job Description / Skills Required
We are looking for Customer Support/Success Engineers who treat customers as the highest priority and champion their needs and issues in the company. They need to be able to place the ZeroStack product in a customer environment and be singularly focused at achieving customer success in using the ZeroStack solution.
Enable customers to be successful using the ZeroStack product.
Understand customer environments and configure/customize the ZeroStack solution as needed for the customer environment for it to be fully functional.
Debug issues including isolation of root causes by analyzing the environment and logs associated with failure.
Provide customer with status updates and issue resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve product usability, debuggability and overall quality.
Prior experience supporting IT infrastructure such as compute/storage/networking is required.
Occasional travel may be required to customer sites.
