Job Description / Skills Required
Mellanox is hiring an experienced professional HRBP to own, lead and implement HR processes and practices; work closely and build a valuable and strong relationship with managers & employees within the R&D groups.
The position involves being the main focal point for managers and employees on various HR areas, own the HR data management, implement and support organizational changes in the R&D teams.
3-5 years of experience as an HRBP, preferably at Global Hi-Tech companies
Strong diagnostic skills, experienced in HR interviews; well organized and details oriented
Strong communication skills (both written and Oral); Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and a “can do” attitude is a must
Fast learning curve in a dynamic working environment
ERP/Oracle capabilities/experience – advantage
Reporting to Director,HR Business Partner
