Co-ordinating regular reviews of KPIs with the markets to review the effectiveness of the CLTV programme in the market
Working with the marketing, dev and analytics function to specify and oversee the development of the CLTV programme
Ensuring that markets can demonstrate improved revenues and profitability from the CLTV program, by growing the engaged customer base
Advise senior management on strategies, manage roadmaps and operating plans for to drive customer acquisition, retention and reactivation
Work with Global Customer Lifecycle team and finance to rollout frameworks to measure the cost and benefit of each customer growth action (i.e. downstream value of reactivating customers, life time value of an incremental mobile app download, etc.) in EMEA
Track and report on performance of all campaigns and optimization initiatives to the organization
Plan and execute methodical A/B tests to improve campaign performance and inform our marketing strategy
Work closely with Finance to ensure and monitor the incrementality of marketing spend on financial metrics (revenue, profit, etc.) and customer behavior (subscriptions, visitor frequency, basket size, purchase mix by product category, etc.)
Perform analysis on the implications of broad customer behavior shifts, like the migration toward mobile devices and away from web, providing senior leadership with specific and actionable guidance.
Understand business objectives and engage key stakeholders during project scoping/briefing and throughout delivery
Identify opportunities to use CLTV insights across the business and feed into the overall CLTV plan
Proven experience in the Retail Industry/relevant market sector desirable.
