Duties & Responsibilities:

Work independently as well as with other teams to develop engaging and well performing email campaigns

Manage audience list creation and segmentation for email campaigns

Create, refine and manage automated email and system maintenance programs

Identify enhancements to increase program and process performance

Analyze and report on email campaign performance; communicate results and provide/implement improvement recommendations

Maintain incoming project queue and ongoing campaign calendar to achieve organizational objectives

Stay on top industry best practices and email marketing trends


Previous email marketing experience

Experience with Eloqua preferred; if not Eloqua, other major email marketing solutions a must

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, email best practices, and CAN-SPAM/CASL compliance requirements

Salesforce experience a plus

Understanding of email marketing best practices

Exceptional combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Desire to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing scope perhaps on a daily basis

Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and perform a wide variety of tasks over the course of the workday

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, creative, flexible and adaptable to new situations

Analytical and detail oriented

Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills

Strong communicator who can liaison across departments in a professional manner

Motivation, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

Knowledge of Tableau not a must but considered a plus
