You will be responsible (but not limited) to the following tasks below.·

Responsible in managing a team of Key Account Manager to achieve Key Performance Index
Leverage historic performance and creativity to develop best practices and efficiencies in business operations, pricing and product assortment strategies for new key merchant
Responsible for sales growth plans and strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for National Key Accounts vertical
Working closely with other operation business unit.
Identify new activities and promotions to be featured, expanding the range of offers to Groupon subscribers in Hong Kong
Develop creative and compelling online advertising proposals to Key merchants-negotiate and close contracts
Building of strong relationships with Key merchants and provide business consultation to corporate national businesses.
Handle the full business development cycle – from sourcing to pitching and closing
Proactively managing and developing high potential key merchants to ensure they have the best understanding of the market and best practices for continuous and exceptional growth
Understanding key success drivers and product mix demands based on Hong Kong market conditions

Desired Skills and Experience

Relevant Degree Holders in Business Management
Broad business awareness and attention to every little detail
Sharp strategic thinker
Good understanding of local retail merchant market
Ability to speak local language is essential
Strong leadership and ability to build business from scratch
Strong understanding of web business and priorities
At least 8 years of sales experience with proven track record, with at least 3 years of experience leading a team.
Possess excellent verbal communication and strategic leadership qualities
Detailed orientated, work well in cross-functional teams.
Strong entrepreneur mind-set
Passionate on the ecommerce/FMCG industry
Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
