Overview:

Mellanox Technologies is a leading supplier of end-to-end Ethernet and InfiniBand connectivity solutions and services for enterprise and financials customers. We are now looking for our first person to be based in Thailand.
Responsibilities:

As a Country Sales Manager, you will be reporting to the General Manager, ASEAN and will be charged with developing and expanding sales operations in the Southeast Asia region, planning, forecasting and executing all sales activities.
In addition you will be responsible for maintaining and developing established and current customers and partners’ relationships.
You will be responsible for developing account relationships with the key people within the potential client organizations by providing high level product information and explanations to successfully address the client's needs.
You are responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas together with customer goals.
Developing business and developing proposals for presentation to customers, coordinating account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development.
Qualifications:

15 years "current" experience in sales in the Thailand market with a sales track record with networking and communication business
Experience with calling on OEMs, Enterprise Customers, Distributors, System integrators/VARs and resellers.
HPC / Networking / switching technology background.
Strong motivation for sales; assertive and diligent attitude in reaching sales objective; ability to develop Sales plans, market knowledge and understanding the customer’ needs. Focus will be on closing skills and meeting sales goals.
Self-starter who is able to successfully work both independently and as part of a team.
Highly driven and trustworthy with high empathy.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Highly energetic personality who enjoys working in a growing team atmosphere. A good attitude towards working in a highly dynamic work environment.
Sense of urgency, focus and act upon priorities and ability to be ‘on top of things’ and sustain required response time pertaining both external and internal communication
Fluent English and local languages.
