Overview:

Mellanox Technologies is looking for a First Line Support Student with experience in networking area and customer support.
Responsibilities:

Candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to perform the duties below. Additional responsibilities will be added based on company need and employee aptitudes:
Provide 1st level support to the company’s customers
Installing Mellanox products and supporting systems
Respond to customer technical inquiries
Work in shifts (24/7)
Work in a procedural environment
Qualifications:

Education
Candidate would be whiling to work 24/7 shifts
Could be suitable for students at an accredited university or college with at list 4 semesters left
Students from Computer Science or SW engineering faculty – preferred
Candidate must be very organized and be able to prioritize and multi-task easily with limited supervision
excellent English oral and writing skills
Candidates should have a background/experience in computer networks area –advantage
Candidates with Linux/Unix background – advantage
Previous experience in providing customer support or customer service– advantage
Previous experience with team leading or shift supervising in a large call-center/NOC – advantage
