Mellanox is currently seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR team. This is an exciting role focusing on strategic and hands-on aspects of human resources and staffing. The perfect candidate is a team player who is able to multi-task and prioritize within a fast pace environment while not compromising on the quality of work.
Onboard and orient employees
Influence and advice on HR policies and the development of effective HR programs and procedures in response to business needs
Identify, analyze and facilitate training to employees at all levels on professional & personal development needs
Support the hiring efforts by screening resumes, sourcing and conducting HR interviews
Provide timely, accurate and legally compliant advice on HR management issues
Coach managers on performance management discussions, employee relations issues, discipline issues, and promotion / transfer / termination discussions.
Provide compensation and benefits support
A Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Business Administration (or equivalent) with a concentration in Human Resources; SPHR Certification is a plus
3-8 years’ experience as a HR Generalist/HRBP working in high-tech companies
Experience working with a manufacturing company and working with both salaried & hourly employees
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
Ability to multi-task and a can-do attitude is a must
Oracle and ADP experience are plus
