Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) reports into the Director of Inside Sales for the Americas and is responsible for driving revenue from new and renewal business for his/her respective region.

Job Responsibilities
Establishes productive, professional relationships with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Inside teammates, and in-region Account Managers
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including marketing, sales engineers, account managers and management resources as required to drive Zerto opportunities
Responsible for the tracking, quoting and closing of maintenance renewals
Works closely with the Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities in existing account base and participates in focused sales campaigns that drive Zerto expansions
Responsible for handling discovery calls for new leads received from SDRs and either driving the sales campaign to closure or coordinating the hand off as appropriate to the territory Account Manager
Responsible for managing smaller accounts/opportunities with focus on taking opportunities through the sales cycle to closure
Responsible for assisting partners with quotes, specifically on smaller partner run opportunities and supporting occasional on-site partner events
Maintains up to date salesforce records for any accounts and opportunities for which they are the account/opportunity owner
Provides updates on accounts and detailed and accurate forecasting
Performance Measurements
Achieves or exceeds assigned sales quota in designated territory
Achieves or exceeds maintenance renewal targets in designated territory
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings per Zerto’s company standards
Organizational Alignment
Reports centrally to the Director of Inside Sales
Enlists the support of resources as required to ensure success in driving Zerto business. (Resources include executive management, marketing, account managers and pre-sales engineers.
Qualifications
Four year college degree or higher
Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience in technology sales. Preference of business continuity/disaster recovery experience and experience selling software solutions.
Inside sales quota carrying experience is preferred
Salesforce.com proficient
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results driven
