The Role: What we are offering.

The role of Customer Services Specialist will develop your soft skills and teach you how to build excellent working relationships with clients and customers alike with a key focus on the US market. We work hard and will provide you with great training to deliver on our customer service requirements. But that’s all! In addition, we also offer:

What we need from you

A fluent English speaker (Grade B2+/C1 or higher), you have excellent communication skills and an unerring ability to focus on the task at hand and deliver exceptional support to Groupon’s customers in the US market. Creative and open-minded, you are equally at ease in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as with working within a large team and delivering on clear targets and performance KPI’s. We’re nice people, so above all, we want people who are eager to learn, work hard and know how to have fun at work! We value flexibility at work and have varied working hours in these roles, so we offer both regular, standard hours of 09:00 to 17:00 and also later evening work from 15:00 to 23:00.
