You will be responsible for:
Customer support and help solving fundamental problems in the delivery of services offered on the website Groupon in the US (contact us via channel e-mail and chat);
Diagnosis applications and resolution;
Cooperation with the company's internal departments;
Maintaining relationships with clients.

Very good English language skills (C1 level);
