Customer Care Specialist with Italian

Job Description / Skills Required

Customer Care Specialist is responsible for providing the best solutions for various customers problems’, minimizing the effects of incidents and difficulties caused by different issues, caring about good Groupon’s name.

Responsibilities:

Solving the queries from clients sites’ according to the internal rules and regulations
Daily contact with the vendors
Identify and verify potential problems
Reporting
Close cooperation with other Departments
Escalate problems to Risk Department (if needed)
Requirements:

Fluency in Italian
Good English
Previous experience in Customer Service area would be an asset
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Customer and goals orientation
