Job Description / Skills Required


Leverage data to understand our offer and demand in depth, identify areas of opportunity and levers of improvement
Drive and own projects to drive revenue growth and users engagement
Build a 360 customer centric view and segmentation using omni-channel large sets
Execute sophisticated end-to- end quantitative analysis and advanced modeling that translates data into actionable insights through automated reporting and visualizations
Use a variety of tools like Hadoop/Hive, Teradata, R, Python, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Excel and many others to work efficiently at scale
Be a hustler able to work and communicate clear insights to top management and cross-functional teams ranging from sales operations to marketing across the world and the country and develop a feedback hungry attitude

BS/Masters in Computer Science, Math, Business, Economics or other technical field from Top Tier Schools/Universities. Advanced degrees strongly preferred
2+ year experience performing quantitative analysis
Excellent SQL, Excel, and data analysis skills
Practical scripting experience in Python, R or Matlab an advantage
Understanding of distributed computing (Hive/Hadoop)
Extremely detail oriented
Exceptional cross-functional and interpersonal, communication and organization skills
