Mission:

Under the responsibility of the Onsite Marketing Manager, optimize and grow conversion and revenue by marketing and merchandising activities for Local and National deals
Test and innovate product developments and partnerships that can contribute to that growth
Leverage cooperation with central teams to ensure optimized support and focus.
Driving activities, content management and tools that improve on site conversion and Customer engagement for France, Belgium and NL sites.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate cross-channel, online marketing support for the themes together with channel owners in central team as well as Revenue Mgmt team.
Ownership and optimization of platforms merchandising assets (tabs, widgets) for FR/NL/BE
Web and Mobile push campaigns (top banners, in-app messages, push notifications)
Defining Promo Code cadence and optimizing engagement, conversion and ROI together with Onsite Marketing Manager, Revenue Mgmt Team and Central Team
Coordinating with central team to optimize performance coming from all marketing channels: CRM (Promo codes, emails), SEM/SEO, Display, Affiliation
Deploying EMEA campaign, localization, translation, content.
Having an open mind and cooperative approach linking sales, revenue management and sales ops, aligning them on themes and marketing activities to optimize conversion and Customer experience
Requirements:

Bachelor or Masters degree in Communication/Marketing/Business Administration
2 to 3 years experience in a relevant field
Excel proficiency
Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Adwords, Google Analytics, CRM
