As the Manager of Organizational Development you will significantly contribute to our employees’ growth by leading Opportunity Lab and by supporting GoPro’s diversity and inclusion initiatives. Opportunity Lab is GoPro’s exciting new learning and development program that offers our employees the chance to grow their skills, leadership and personal resiliency. As the manager of this program, you will orchestrate all aspects of Opportunity Lab, and you will play a large creative role in designing program strategy and measuring impact. As part of the Organizational Development team, you’ll also help lead and support GoPro’s diversity and inclusion initiatives and broader organizational development goals.

What You Will Do

Lead and run Opportunity Lab, while continuously evolving the program to most effectively grow and support our workforce
Schedule and administer all aspects of the Opportunity Lab program by working with both internal and external partners, managing the budget, facilitating contracts and POs, scheduling courses, managing enrollment, tracking payment, and owning all other logistics
Partner with the Director of Organizational Development and the Sr. Director of People to create and execute successful diversity and inclusion program and initiatives
Help define and execute on Opportunity Lab and D&I program strategy, including setting objectives, creating learning paths, measuring impact, and building special programs
Administer Opportunity Lab courses and registration through Litmos, our learning management system
Event-manage the courses and events themselves, infusing quality and care into every element of the programs
Design metrics and measurement tools used for evaluating and reporting program impact
Collaborate to design new, impactful courses that meet our overall employee development objectives
Serve as the primary “face” of Opportunity Lab, answering employee questions, marketing the program internally, and ensuring its overall success

Excellent communicator, across the board
5-7 years in corporate learning and development, people program management, and/or events management
Experience contributing toward and/or leading diversity and inclusion programs
High degree of fluency in Excel, and in presentation tools such as Keynote and PowerPoint, as well as overall tech savvy-ness
Experience in instructional design helpful, although not required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
