What You Will Do
GoPro is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to consult, advise and coach on people and organizational needs. This person will work within the HR Team to ensure alignment of human capital with business strategy. This position is highly consultative, influential and will require tight collaboration with other HR team members and business leaders. In addition, the HR Generalist will implement GoPro's people strategy, organizational design and leadership development with the ultimate goal of building a stronger business.
Support our Sales and G&A (Legal, Finance, Workplace Services, IT) teams.
Understand the products, operations, strategies, goals, culture and overall business objectives of GoPro
Assess employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
Provide HR guidance on topics such as compensation, organizational change, retention, engagement, development and performance Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Learning & Development, Compensation, HRIS, HR Programs, and Recruiting teams to implement solutions.
Partner effectively with managers to ensure they onboard, engage, leverage, scale and retain their staff successfully.
Partner with the business on key HR programs such as the review cycle and employee engagement survey.
Be a problem solver – and a creative one at that!
Support an HRBP in running several of our tech and marketing organizations.
Skills We’re Stoked About
Requirements 3-5+ years of HR experience in a technology or fast paced organization.
BA/BS degree with emphasis in Organizational Development, HR or equivalent years of field related experience.
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, should be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Candidate should be detailed orientated with a strong analytical and data management skill set that allows the ability to translate data into action planning.
Ability to facilitate discussions with ease, and deliver the full suite of HR services.
A positive attitude with a sincere passion for the people, brand, and products of GoPro.
Candidate must demonstrate skills and ability to drive programs independently.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
