GoPro is seeking a top tier candidate for the Integrated Marketing Manager opening. This position will be responsible for driving unified go-to-market efforts and marketing campaigns that drive product and business objectives. Developing and managing the successful execution of our integrated marketing plan across PR, social, paid, CRM, web, product marketing, consumer insights, creative and channel marketing to deliver strategically sound, cohesive communications is the key responsibility of this role. The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional and collaborative environment and have a deep understanding of GoPro’s target audience. It will be the Integrated Marketing Manager’s charge to transform our various initiatives and innovative product offerings across hardware and software into a compelling narrative that inspires users. In addition, the position will also lead internal go-to-market processes to help bring company programs to consumers in a holistic and consistent way.

What You Will Do:

Lead the marketing plan process across all touch points, working with domain experts across the marketing organization to develop integrated, end-to-end marketing plans. This includes: development of holistic marketing brief, insights and KPIs, ensuring proposed tactics and creative direction align with key goals and objectives, plan sell-in to marketing leaders, regular reviews and refinement, executional implementation and optimization, and analysis and reporting results to leadership
Work closely with product marketing and business operations to create messaging and campaigns across our brand, product lineup and programs that seamlessly work in concert to inspire and educate consumers around GoPro’s offerings
Act as quality control and strategic filter throughout the planning process. Encourage regular communication and collaboration to elevate productivity and ensure prompt resolution of misalignments.
Help lead weekly planning and status meetings to ensure teams are coordinated and up-to-date on GoPro priorities, relevant initiatives and marketing plans
Use consumer insights and analytics to help create relevant, strategically sound plans and campaigns
Become part of the GoPro target market in order to understand and articulate the needs of the GoPro consumer and culture
Help GoPro bring the best marketing plans and products to customers

Skills We're Stoked About:

BS required, MBA is a plus
5+ years of experience in Action Sports, Outdoor, Tech industry and/or agency background
Excellent project management skills: well versed in project management fundamentals (communication, organization, deadline-driven) and champion of internal process building
Proven track record of strong leadership skills including: forming a vision, energizing teams to deliver breakthrough results and executing plans across large, diverse internal and external cross-functional teams
Ability to solve complex problems, work through difficult issues and recommend innovative solutions that bring clear, actionable communications to consumers
Mastery of key cross-functional marketing skills, including digital, social, PR, product/brand management and channel marketing; strong understanding and belief in consumer-centric marketing
Capabilities to work independently, quickly, and with undefined deadlines to prioritize and complete tasks while motivating others to do the same
