GoPro is seeking a top tier candidate for the China Ecommerce Account Manager role based in Shanghai, China. The China Ecommerce Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Ecommerce Sales and be responsible for and not limited to managing key accounts in China. This position will be responsible for managing either Tmall and/or Jing Dong accounts. This is a hands-on, individual contributor focused on driving sell-thru & increased revenue for GoPro. In addition, the China Ecommerce Account Manager will develop strong partnerships, develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans with key accounts.

What You Will Do

Exceed the Company’s ambitious growth plans in terms of units sold and revenue growth
Work with channel marketing to ensure proper web page merchandising is being executed online
Ability to manage pricing online in order to avoid erosion of the brand and to maximize margin to GoPro and our key accounts
Work closely with legal and brand protection in tracking/protecting our IP online
Assist the Head of Ecommerce in creating joint business plans for our key accounts
Ensure joint business plans are adapted as necessary in line with internal and external challenges and opportunities to ensure maximum sales
Ensure the success of new launches & promotions while maximizing opportunities to drive incremental sales
Partner with brand/digital marketing and channel marketing team to ensure cohesive online marketing programs
Keep track of weeks of supply on hand and manage the purchase cycle with the key account to ensure stock levels match up with (demand) sell-thru forecasts
Track online shop performance and provide updated daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sell-thru analysis
Ensure regular and effective communication with peers and partners
Produce weekly and monthly activity reports

Skills We’re Stoked About

Fluency in English and Chinese
5 – 10 years of online sales experience in China
Online Sales account management roles in a consumer marketplace preferably with CE background
Proven track record of longevity in role with progression in organization and ability to overachieve sales goals
Ability to demonstrate the ability to effect substantial positive change in a short timescale
Experience working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
Strong ability to collaborate well with other departments to accomplish a target
College degree preferred
Ability to travel
