You'll support the business as the Technical 'People Architect'.
Responsible for building talent pipelines by utilizing a diverse sourcing strategy to include Social Media, Job Boards, Data Mining techniques, Job Fairs, Employee Referrals, Networking and more
Manage the full-lifecycle recruiting process using the ATS (ICIMS)
Own the end-to-end recruiting process for multiple requisitions that cross multiple geographies and categories of skillsets
Develop a comprehensive, forward-thinking pipeline and sourcing strategy while fostering long-term relationships with applicants to provide an extraordinary candidate experience
Develop and build strong and influential relationships with the hiring managers, human resources, and internal partners to understand organization hiring needs and goals
Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies that span the U.S. market in partnership with the US Staffing Manager
Develop deep knowledge of customer groups and products that meet the business needs of each client department
Exercise excellent judgment in ambiguous circumstances
As needed, will also support other HR activities
10+ years of corporate recruiting full-lifecycle experience for a variety of roles (R&D / G&A / Sales & Marketing)
Creative problem solver with the ability to thrive in a rapidly growing and quickly changing environment
Track record of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing both passive and active candidates
Experience successfully working in a global environment (i.e., willing to adjust schedule to meet the needs of the global business)
Demonstrated knowledge of the external business environment, market trends, competitor landscape, labor market and general talent availability with examples of translating this to fact-based recommendations to hiring teams, managers or internal stakeholders
Ability to learn and quickly grasp changing new and emerging technical roadmaps that effect hiring and skill trends needed to supply the business with critical talent
Demonstrate agility and effectively cope with ambiguous scenarios, work in a self-directed environment and grasp new concepts while coming up to speed quickly in response to new assignments and dynamic work environments
Able to come up with out-of-the-box solutions despite ambiguity and be able to highlight and cover gaps as driven by business needs
Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trend
The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality
ATS ICIMS experience a plus
Up to 20% travel may be required

Minimum BS/BA degree, or similar experience and evidence of exceptional ability
