Mellanox LinkXTM products offer state-of-the- art parallel optical interconnects solutions which deliver industry leading power/bandwidth performance. Our products have been developed in collaboration with industry leaders in computer communications and represent innovative TIA's and VCSEL drivers. These solutions enable manufacturers serving the HPC, Server, Storage, Data Center, and Consumer markets to meet the requirements for drastic power reduction, price reduction and increased bandwidth.
As the Senior Chip/Module Quality engineer you will:
Provide high quality IC and module products throughout the entire product life cycle.
Design, develop and lead Quality Assurance processes and methods and will work together with the RnD and Fab departments to ensure methodologies enforcements and measurements.
Use control and monitoring methods to enforce quality of product and process in Monterey Park site.
Create data models and reports using knowledge of IC manufacturing processes, procedures/tools and analytical statics
Lead all ISO9001 certification related items, will work with Mellanox corporate quality to manage product and process changes and non-conformities and to enforce corporate quality system.
Design, develop and lead Quality Assurance processes and methods and ISO (internal audits, audits, management review etc). Responsible for quality SOW, RFQ related to quality, and customers inquiries. Supplier quality management (audits, routine reviews, quality issues, etc.).
Develop a Supplier PCN database and flows.
BS/MS Electrical Engineering – preferred, or Chemical Material Science/Mechanical Engineering.
3+ years of experience in the silicon manufacturing processes or testing area and knowledge of optical products – preferred
3+ Years Quality Engineering
3+ years in management and integration activities.
Prior experience with matrix management environments
Experienced in silicon semiconductor manufacturing process or test engineering
Familiar with chip/system qualification and reliability processes
Familiar with quality procedures and tools
Experience writing data driven reports and working with the data to create reports
Electrical systems or semiconductors knowledge and previous experience
Strong communication (verbal and written), time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
Team oriented and good inter-personal skills, ability to work well both independently and as a part of a team
Strong problem solving skills and analytical ability, processes oriented
High awareness for quality and continuous improvement approach
International Travel ~15%
