Job Description / Skills Required

Mellanox Technologies is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager in Beijing, China.

In this high profile and challenging role, you will be responsible for both the strategy and the development of our new business initiatives with focus on Air and Defense Industry. You will be charged with developing and expanding business opportunities in this field, planning, forecasting and executing all sales activities into this market.

You will be responsible for developing business and account relationships with the key people within the potential client organizations by providing high level product information and explanations to successfully address the client's needs.

Developing business and developing proposals for presentation to customers and partners, coordinating account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development.


More than 10 years’ current experience of Sales or Business Development in Air and Defense industry.
More than 5 years’ current experience of Sales or Business Development in High Performance Computing Solution.
Be familiar with key components of HPC solution such as OEM servers, network, storage, HPC software and HPC service and familiar with China HPC community.
Selling systems with preference to network equipment and server or storage converged infrastructure.
Familiar with CAE application is a plus.
Strong motivation for generating revenue of new emerging market (cloud/BigData); aggressive and diligent attitude in reaching business objective; ability to develop business plans, solution knowledge and understanding the customer’ needs. Focus will be on closing skills and meeting business goals.
Engineer degree is a plus.
Self-starter who can successfully work both independently and as part of a team.
Highly driven and trustworthy with high empathy.
Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Chinese.
Highly energetic personality who enjoys working in a growing team atmosphere. A good attitude towards working in a highly dynamic work environment.
