YuMe is currently seeking a Publisher Account Manager who has the proven ability to understand, thrive, and deliver exceptional results on behalf of our partners who utilize our technology solutions. The Publisher Account Manager should have 4+ years of account management, partner management, or client services experience. The right candidate has relevant industry experience, is resourceful, analytical and required to manage and grow a dedicated list of accounts. This is a role that leads strategic partner relationships and is the single point of contact for our publishers. The Publisher Account Manager is also responsible for partner success and driving incremental value by managing cross selling/up-selling of YuMe products.
The Publisher AM drives ongoing cross-functional collaboration working closely with business development, operations, engineering, finance, product marketing and product management.
Managing a portfolio of publisher partnerships
Team up with Business Development account leads to more actively support account growth
Serve as the main point of contact on all business-related questions for both internal and external partners
Working with publishers to set expectations on inventory needs based on advertising demand
Review daily delivery reports to monitor and respond to unexpected inventory fluctuations
Utilizing SalesForce to ensure all publisher information is updated and accurate
Scheduling bi-weekly calls, meetings, and quarterly business reviews with key publishers
Consistent cross-functional collaboration between business development, finance, engineering, product management, and operations
Successfully lead projects as directed
A proven track record of launching and managing client relationships
Strong project management and collaboration skills
Online media/Internet expertise required and/or knowledge of the online advertising industry
Strong cross-functional skills, including ability to motivate and influence immediate team members and non-reporting groups to meet business objectives
Ability to think creatively and provide vision and areas of expansion for the partner business
Strong communication skills in English (written, verbal, presentation)
Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Superior problem-solving capability.

Experience in building relationships within fast moving companies
Experience in setting account management strategies and initiatives
Experience in the online advertising industry, Video experience is a plus
Experience using SalesForce applications
Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot table usage) and PowerPoint
Experience and Education:
4+ years of relevant industry experience, including experience in partner account management or client services.
Digital Ad Network experience a plus
Direct experience in online advertising a plus (specifically video or mobile)
