YuMe is looking for the best and brightest product managers as we continue to lead in the growth market of video based advertising for brands.

You have a passion for brand marketing, from the psychology of ad presentation to the design of compelling ads, and the importance of blending quantitative tools with aesthetic and qualitative evaluation.
Your job? Enable YuMe to delight publishers, agencies, and brands with an ability to reach the right audiences and generate revenue on all screens – mobile, online PC/Mac, tablet, connected TV – through sophisticated and elegant tools and market-leading ad products that serve advertisers and publishers while engaging and intriguing audiences.
You have the ability to execute equally well as coming up with strategy and articulating it.
Job responsibilities :
Collaborate with the global engineering team to innovate, prioritize, and bring to market products supporting the platform technology business, as well as the YuMe ad network business
Ensure business success for Sales, Business Development and Marketing as they draw in high quality publishers (websites, applications), clients, and agencies
Turn strategy into reality by writing Product Requirement Documents (PRD’s), managing products cradle to grave, and defining messaging on key product capabilities for Product Marketing to finesse and communicate
Maintain and grow expertise in industry standards (e.g. IAB, Android, iOS), technologies, partner and competitor companies’ strategies, and adjacent ecosystems like Social and Second Screen monetization
Become a trusted source of information, insight and market pulse for mobile, online, smart TVs
Find market opportunities months or years ahead of competitors
4+ years product/strategic marketing experience in a digital media advertising infrastructure or services company that delivers rich-media and/or video advertising to multiple clients
BS Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent required; MBA preferred
You can go deep in domains that matter, any of — HTML5, Mobile Standards, IAB standards such as VAST/VPAID
Outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
You’ve lived waterfall and agile development methodologies, you know the strengths and pitfalls of each
Demonstrated leadership ability
