Job Description / Skills Required
Swift Navigation is looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented individual to manage our lead triage process and work directly with the Sales team on sales development and customer care. Responsibilities will also include customer order processing and customer communications involving these orders. Experience with Salesforce and a second language is a plus. This is a great opportunity to build a Sales or Sales Operations career in a fast-paced start-up environment where learning about autonomous vehicles, drones, or robotics is part of your daily discussions.
Key Success Metrics:
Ability to quickly identify high value customers and align them with the correct Sales person or Reseller.
Handle phone and email inquiries regarding orders, customer requests or complaints.
Meet Swift Navigation customer response metrics.
Timely processing of new Sales Orders.
Ensure follow-on customer communication to provide Purchase Order acceptance and or Order status information to the customer.
Work with others to refine and/or develop new processes to streamline work-flow, providing an improved internal/external customer experience.
Strong Candidates Will Have:
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, and/or Sales
Interest and aptitude in High Tech
Experience in using a CRM such as Salesforce
Fluency in Spanish as a second language
