We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager with end-to-end recruitment experience at all levels aligned to our commercial and operations to help us grow our recruitment leadership team.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at GoEuro you will…
be working in the Talent area of the People team and it’s not a one dimensional or traditional recruitment role. It requires an energetic and results-oriented individual, highly skilled in acquisition and passionate about building a great organisation. You will have the end-to-end responsibility to hire excellent people across all levels and partner in close collaboration with our Hiring Managers, and the GoEuro leadership team. In addition we will build the GoEuro collateral and infrastructure to support our ambitious growth and aspirations, together.
Your super powers:
Stakeholder Management – Using data to inform partners / clients of candidate flow, bottlenecks and where we should double down.
Proactivity, strategic thinking, and networking early in search of stellar candidates for all positions.
Strong rapport with hiring managers to understand their needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner. Ensure clear mutual understanding of priorities and practical constraints.
End-to-end recruitment responsibility for the Commercial, Marketing and Operational areas of the business including tracking applicant flow, maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, help collect and analyze recruitment data.
Find and attract and onboard the best talent at all levels for GoEuro within Europe and beyond
Talent Acquisition – Sourcing and engaging with global talent using exceptionally unique techniques, on-boarding, etc
Intelligence/Research – Detailed research into trends, competitor analysis, market research, technology surveillance, due diligence, business intelligence, investors etc
Cultural evangelism – Employer brand evolution, PR, internal/social events, etc
Event Planning – Hackathons, meetups, presentations, sponsorship, University events etc
Develop and optimise tools, systems, methods and processes to ensure streamlined, cost effective, high quality services are provided to hiring managers.
Build and maintain database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs.
You are a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager and want to leave big footprints in a great organization? Fantastic! Apart from that we would like you to have:
A strong track record of successful recruitment of commercial roles across all levels of seniority
Solid experience in direct sourcing for niche profiles in highly competitive markets
Conceptual strengths and analytical skills, paired with hands-on mentality
Have an eye for detail, a passion for finding top talent, and an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with hiring managers.
Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
Very good English language skills
Lots of drive, charm, humor and everything else that is needed for being a strong Recruiter and a great team member
