We are now looking for the next great addition to our team as a Customer Insight Manager.
As a Customer Insight Manager in our team, you will…
Be responsible for developing market insight and research strategies that will help the organization to deeply understand its customers and competitors
Identify what the organization needs to know about the customers to be more successful
Steering and self-dependent management of qualitative and quantitative market research projects by transferring business questions into a research design and selection and briefing of the research institute
Verification of the validity of study results, interpretation as well as consultancy and recommendations
Compilation of secondary analyses (desk research) based on existing market and consumer data, including deep diving in the internal GoEuro data
Create meaningful reports based on the results of research to be shared on a large scale in the organisation
Continuous consolidation and analysis of consumer and user insights based on ad hoc and fundamental studies
Continuous development of methods and tools
Your Profile
You successfully completed academic studies in business administration, psychology, sociology or a similar field related to market research/empirical research
You have 6 years of experience in market research at a market research institute or within an in-house market research function
You possess extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art market research methods (qualitative/quantitative ad hoc market research, online/offline) and their area of application
You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills, readiness of mind and ability to work well-structured in a dynamic environment
You possess strong presentation skills, as well as great interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders from all types of level
You have solid organizational skills as well as client-orientation, passion and reliability
You are fluent in English and German – additional languages are always valued at GoEuro
You are creative, curious and open for new subjects and methods
You are an autonomous self-starter with a focus on results and a hands-on mentality
Previous experience in an ecommerce environment or an agency is considered a plus
