In less than four years, we have integrated over 500 rail, bus and air transportation providers in 14 countries to become one of Europe's fastest growing online travel businesses. Our success to date has enabled us to raise more than $140m from leading investors including Battery, NEA, Atomico, Goldman Sachs, Silver Lake and Kleiner Perkins.
As our new Commercial Director – B2B, you will:
Develop and grow commercial partnerships with global B2B partners in travel distribution
Manage key partner relationships, based on a deep understanding of their needs and requirements
Drive the development of new B2B solutions for the European rail, bus and air market
Work closely with our COO and other members of management to evolve and implement our B2B growth strategy
Own and consistently achieve ambitious growth targets.
5+ years of experience in B2B travel distribution, of which at least 3 years in a leading role
8+ years of business experience overall, ideally in travel
Solid analytical skills, including the ability to develop robust business cases for new revenue streams
Able to negotiate and manage business relationships independently and at very senior levels
Excellent people and communication skills
Advanced degree in business or a related field
Absolutely fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
