The Associate Field Marketing Manager, EMEA, is responsible for supporting the marketing team across EMEA including the support of end user, channel, alliance and communication projects reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, EMEA based in Reading. The incumbent in this role will be required to work very closely with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the development, implementation and overall project management of specific programs as per the marketing plan. This role is perfect for an energetic, can-do person who is looking to develop their marketing skills, work across different countries in EMEA and succeed in a growing team environment.


Support and execute key marketing events. This will include stakeholder relationships, sponsorship, seminars and communications through the coordination of facilities, invitations, supplies, F&B etc
Coordinate and execute external communications and distribution through relevant channels, including advertising, digital and social media channels where applicable
Develop creative briefs for specific projects
Create SFDC reports for ROI reporting
Manage event and marketing supply production
Manage marketing collateral, promotional supplies and logistics
Coordinate and gather the materials necessary to develop and produce presentations, campaigns, eDM’s, brochures, and other marketing collateral, as required
Communicate/work with the external marketing/event agency on all points above as required
Assist in invoicing management / tracking of payments to vendors and partners
Research and sourcing of new suppliers for consideration of the Field Marketing Managers
On-site event support/management

Expansive marketing and sales awareness
Exposure to and broad understanding of marketing and communications principles
Ability to multi-task, think independently in a fast-paced environment, and shift priorities as needed
Familiarity with current technologies and it’s effective marketing application
Basic understanding of graphic design principals, file types and usage, and design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator helpful
Proficiency with SFDC, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Familiarity with marketing automation tools
Willing to learn and partake in relevant training and development supported by Zerto to enhance and develop skills base
Effective under pressure

Strong project management

Self-motivated, creative, innovative, confident, energetic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills


2+ year’s marketing/ event coordination experience
Previous experience in IT required
Previous experience using is highly desirable
Experience using Marketing Automation tools, Marketo is desirable


Bachelor’s degree would be highly regarded but not mandatory.
