Job Description / Skills Required

Essential Job Responsibilities

Direct responsibility of the subsidiaries monthly, quarterly and annual closing process.
Quality assurance of the subsidiaries’ reporting packages and WPs for timely close process compliance.
Bookkeeper team management.
Responsible for rest of world payroll operations and approvals.
In charge of subsidiaries’ AP operations: vendors and payments.
In charge of setup of the accounting and tax structure for new entities.
Enforcement of company’s policies, procedures and SOX compliance.
Ad-Hoc projects as well as automation projects and processes improvement.

CPA from a Big 4 firm internship.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a controller at a company in a similar role, preferably in the high tech industry.
Experience in ROW payroll an advantage.
Strong knowledge and experience in US-GAAP accounting.
Experience working with an ERP system (NetSuite – advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
