Job Description / Skills Required

We are looking for top notch computer science graduates with a spark for support who can quickly address serious complex technical issues impacting our customers.

This position requires exceptional analytical skills along with strong technical knowledge in programming, bug analysis and wide range of IT domains (Cloud, Networking, Virtualization, Storage, etc.).

As part of this position, the developers will analyze complex customer issues, provide root causes analysis and work arounds, implement code fixes various range of solutions for both support team and customers. In addition to main role, the developers will also take part in training sessions for support tiers and peer developers, participate in the definitions of product best practices, take part in forum discussions with customers and serve as the voice of the customer in internal product sessions.

Key Objectives:

Providing root cause analysis, work around and bugs resolutions.

Take responsibility for and manage assigned customer escalations from support.

Implementation of various tools for support and customers

Required Skills:

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (can be Mathematics and Computer Science or Physics and Computer Science)

MSc in Mathematics/Physics or equivalent

Experience with scale and performance analysis

Exceptional Analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Self-learning skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proven ability to handle high-profile customers and high-pressure situations


At least 1 year experience developing in C#/Java

In depth knowledge in Networking

In depth knowledge in Security

In depth knowledge in Storage

In depth knowledge in Virtualization (VMware vCenter, Microsoft Hyper-V)

In depth knowledge in Public Clouds (AWS, Azure, …)
