Description
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will work with our ecosystem of Zerto Alliance (ZAP) and Zerto Cloud Ecosystem (ZCE) Partners, key regional account managers, as well as our corporate marketing team to create and execute field marketing activities within South EMEA. You will be directly responsible for the ROI of partner joint marketing and in territory corporate marketing, including event management & lead generation campaigns, communication, and overall program adoption. In addition, you are responsible for the execution of all of Zerto’s corporate initiatives for marketing, awareness, and demand generation in the South EMEA including campaign and event logistics.

Responsibilities

Support and contribute to the development of the Zerto brand in the region
Plan and execute joint partner marketing activities, including joint physical and virtual events, website co-marketing, and email campaigns.
Serve as the first point of contact for partner marketing questions and requests
Work with corporate marketing to implement programs and campaigns in the region
Research, planning and execution of corporate marketing activities, including regional events and tradeshows, online 3rd party promotions, local language translation projects.
Manage territory budget. Includes both partner marketing development fund (MDF) allocation and corporate budget. Ensure activity plans are in line with quarterly budgets, and have a clear and tracked ROI.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing
Strong field and/or channel marketing program expertise including proven responsibility for multiple, multi-touch marketing initiatives
French – mother tongue
Other languages are an advantage (Italian)
Experience with project management, negotiation and strong decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational abilities, including proven attention to detail
Experience in managing marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and campaign management and reporting Salesforce.com
High energy individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
A self-starter who has strong work ethic, is innovative and creative
Ability to build relationships with peers, sales, distributors, resellers and customers
Highly Preferred Skills

Experience in technology, either within the software, virtualization or DR space
