Zerto County Manager India responsibility will be to inherit the existing India Team and manage and grow the Zerto software business in the SAARC region through leading by example to enable channel partners, take ownership for the evangelization process across sales, marketing and PR.

Meeting personal quota requirements and ensuring the team meet their quota requirements.
Closing business independently and meeting personal revenue objectives
Supporting and leading the sales team to close business and meet their quota requirements.
Personal and team Strategic prospecting to named accounts
Drive Channel strategy and ensure entire team works closely with channel partners
Ensure accurate weekly forecasting using Salesforce.com as the tool for managing the forecast process.
Matrix manage all India employees (e.g. pre-sales resources)
Devise and execute strategy for the India Region
Experience building a channel led software business sin the India and SAARC region
Experience managing and building teams of people in India.
Proven ability to recruit and expand a team.
Proven ability to manage and close large scale enterprise deals
Strong knowledge of forecasting especially driving accurate forecast information from subordinates.
Ability to matrix manage
Strong understanding of Partner business and partner enablement
Ability to work closely with Marketing and help develop regional marketing plans
Preferred experience of being doing press and analyst interviews in India.
Technical understanding of storage, virtual and cloud environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires willingness to learn and apply new concepts and strategies quickly
A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a Business-related program
10 yeas plus in IT sales with at least 3 years in management.
Experience using Salesforce.com CRM
Location Bangalore, Mumbai or Delhi
