Job Description / Skills Required

This role will be responsible for driving value of Enterprise Mobile Threat Protection solution within our client’s enterprise customer base, including successful on-boarding, training and ongoing customer advocacy. You will work with customers on deployment projects, perform quarterly business reviews, and provide product support. Additionally, you will manage all inbound customer communications, partner with Engineering to guide the roadmap, and collaborate with the Sales team on upsell opportunities.
