Technical Program Manager (EMEA)

Job Description / Skills Required

You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between internal teams and outside merchants and vendors to develop optimal solutions. From preliminary partner discussions to full-scale deployment, the Technical Program Manager will oversee the technical business operations, execution and maintenance of third party partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet with internationally located partners to discuss integration process and evaluate integration needs

Understand technical dependencies and coordinate and see through to completion

Drive partner onboarding and balance strategic and tactical needs

Provide technical implementation guidance, troubleshoot and escalate issues

Understand operational workflows, identify and implement process to enable operational scaling, and drive the development and deployment of processes

Provide ongoing partner management

Balance business and partner needs with technical constraints

Improve product feature offerings by sharing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience in technology

Experience in Project/Program/Product Management, Partnership and Business Development, Account Management or Client Success, and/or Software Development

Proven technical integration skills

Self-starter with excellent communication and project management skills

Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical persons

Able to work with people of varied technical backgrounds and management levels

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and expertise in balancing multiple, rapidly-moving projects

Superb judgment with the ability to make decisions and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight
