…be part of an international, small, yet powerful team that´s on a mission to build an outstanding company by hiring the best talents globally to our office in Berlin. To make that happen, we need a great recruitment coordinator with strong english language skills and an outstanding talent to organize and keep track of everyone in the hiring process. As our Recruitment Coordinator, the following tasks will be waiting for you:
You will be the first point of contact between candidates and GoEuro: make the first impression count!
Ensure that we have a quick and smooth recruitment process by keeping our Applicant Tracking System up to date
Help with running pre-screening calls for our candidates
Support our international candidates in organizing their trips
Spread the word about opportunities at GoEuro through a variety of channels
In sum: you will help create an outstanding hiring experience for all of our candidates and support the People Team in a variety of tasks and projects
Your Profile
You have finished your studies and are heading for a career in HR
You have some basic working experiences (at least an internship) in a related field
You are very well organized, fast and accurate
You have very good English language skills
You are an independent self-starter who enjoys getting things done and likes to improve processes and workflows
You are good in working with the computer and master new programs easily
Most important: You are nice to work with and a great addition to our team!
