You must be an experienced Sales Executive with C-Level connections in Latin American Region. You’ll report directly to the V.P. of Sales and will be responsible for both the strategy and the execution of our sales in region. We’re looking for a hunter who can take charge of the role developing and expanding new sales.

You will be responsible for developing account relationships with the key people within the potential client organizations by providing high level product information and explanations to successfully address the clients’ needs. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, along with managing the day-to-day interactions, you will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall market adoption. You’ll develop business and proposals for presentation to customers, and coordinate account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development.
Become a trusted partner in the adoption of Mellanox Technologies’ products with OEM partners
Evangelize and socialize Mellanox Technologies solutions and successes with executives, technical sales, and implementers
Provide presales support for all sales activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations and other general sales support
Develop and execute on adoption and sales plans specific to the account
Communicate via phone, email, face-to-face and web meetings with prospects assisting and guiding them through the evaluation, selection and adoption process
Communicate daily with sales staff regarding sales activities and strategies, and provide quarterly targets
Be the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
You must be results driven, customer focused, technologically and competitively savvy. You’re a skilled and creative business development manager. As a subject matter expert you are able to influence sales, decisions and initiatives. You’re a highly motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and drive results independently in Mellanox Technologies’ hyper-growth environment. Your communications and collaboration skills will enable you to work effectively with and influence senior internal and external relationships across various functions. You will have sense of urgency coupled with a clear vision of Mellanox Technologies’ play within the market and what is required to gain preference and win in the marketplace.


7+ years of sales experience in network-related technologies with a successful sales track record of achieving & exceeding quota
Experience in selling to large enterprise Networking / Switch /DataCenter technologies
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions
Proven record of increasing revenue, maximizing sales performance and reducing costs
Strong communication skills and ability to build a collaborative work environment
Ability to develop marketing plans, market knowledge and understanding the customers’ needs
Focus will be on meeting sales goals
Self-starter who is able to successfully work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency
Desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies
Passion for post-sales customer success
Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent Mellanox Technologies
Minimum 30-40% travel is required
