Mellanox is seeking to hire a Senior Technical Communicator who’ll join the Technical Publications team (Marketing) in a full time position. The ideal candidate is a creative, collaborative, technical and prolific writer who likes a fast-paced work environment. She or he will be required to transform rough, partial technical content into compelling marketing material with the right messaging, taking into account different target audiences and markets and adapting the content accordingly.

In this role, the Sr. Technical Communicator will work with marketing managers, architects, engineers, business development and sales, support, and technical writers to perform the following tasks:
Develop, edit, review, and publish marketing product and solution collateral such as Product/Solution Briefs (2-pagers), content for landing pages, competitive briefs, articles, newsletters, and whitepapers, describing product/solution features, which markets they target and what benefits and advantages they offer compared to the competition
Work closely with marketing product managers and the creative team on new product launch campaigns to ensure consistent messaging across all content, including the Mellanox website, product/solution briefs, customer presentations, and campaign landing pages and emails
Write case studies, success stories, and blogs describing customer deployments and why the customers chose Mellanox over others, leveraging also market data to develop and strengthen messaging and support sales and business development efforts with such collateral
Conduct periodic content audits and competitive assessments and update collateral and the website accordingly

At least 3 years of proven English copywriting and technical communication in the hi-tech industry (samples will be required), preferably for a computer networks company
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing / Media & Communication /Business Administration, or Computer/Electrical Engineering with course work in Marketing/Media & Communication
English – native speaker level (conversational, read and written)
Hebrew – advanced level (conversational and read)
Tool Box & Skills
Advantage: Familiarity with computer networks terminology
Good graphics and illustration skills – proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Microsoft Office
Basic HTML
Must love to write marketing technical collateral for different audiences
Aptitude for continuous learning about the company’s products and solutions, and also about the target markets and competition
High degree of independence and leadership, organization, and commitment to schedules
Team player who works well and takes ownership in collaborative situations and dynamic environments
