The Senior Mobile Marketing Manager is responsible for building push notification campaigns, developing strategies to grow push notification revenue, improving customer experience & working cross functionally to build new app and internal tool features. This role is an integral part of the Global Push Marketing team, which is one of the fastest growing channels within Groupon.


Build, target and schedule push notifications for iOS and Android
Create calendar of scheduled notifications
Daily reporting on campaign performance
A/B testing
Work closely with merchandising and other teams to create app-exclusive offers
Take on small or large projects related to notifications
Fiercely protect the customer experience
Make great decisions about phrasing and language that we use in notifications
Create targeting, blocking and holdout groups
Report on campaign metrics, testing and trends
Relentlessly optimize campaigns
Required Skills:

5+ years in data-driven marketing, CRM experience preferred
Bachelor degree in Marketing; Master degree in Marketing or MBA is a plus
Strategic program development and big picture thinking in consumer e-commerce merchandising
Familiarity with key marketing metrics and experience working with analysts to build reports and dashboards
Knowledge of campaign testing strategies used in direct channels (email, mobile notifications, social)
Strong analytical skills (Knowledge of SQL is a plus)
Ability to work independently and make decisions that put customers first
Strong written and oral communication skills
