The Product Operations Program Manager will own programs across Groupon’s emerging product teams and lead cross-collaborative projects that result in organizational efficiencies and teams meeting product goals. You will drive high-visibility initiatives for Groupon’s latest and greatest products. You will tackle the challenging problems in technology.


Develop replicable, strategic, cross-functional programs for Groupon’s product teams

Engage with and obtain buy-in on program strategy from product managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams

Drive and communicate status on initiatives from conception through completion

Communicate timely and accurate status to appropriate stakeholders

Identify, track, and drive process to resolve systemic issues

Drive improvements in processes and technology that will save time, money, and resources

Identify, route and solve major product escalations with product and engineering teams

Develop tools and reporting systems to track product progress


Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience in operations/technology/project management

Self-starter with excellent communication and project management skills

Strong team management skills; ability to instill commitment among team members at all levels

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and expertise in balancing multiple, rapidly-moving projects

Superb judgment with the ability to make decisions and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight
