Responsibilities

Create and maintain standardized and centrally managed sales performance reports for EMEA
Provide the ongoing support and training to sales teams to ensure the efficient adoption of KPIs reporting
Provide analytical insight on sales performance to identify root causes and influence the direction of sales strategy and priorities
Partner with cross functional teams to define, develop and maintain financial and non- financial KPIs
Support the EMEA and Local Sales Operations Teams with various projects and evaluate the impact on the business
Proactively identify gaps and errors in data and reporting and work towards improving those areas
Skills

2-4 years of work experience with a business analytical focus
Advance knowledge of SQL with strong analytical skills
Experience with Salesforce.com and Tableau preferred
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Self-motivated team player who can succeed in a dynamic fast paced work environment
Bachelors and/or Master’s from a top-tier University
Fluent in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus
