Work across the Coupons Team EMEA markets as the key merchandiser of the Coupons business. Assess, manage and grow the Coupons business while closely working with both the operations and sales teams.

You will be involved in Merchant and Coupon management by analyzing the traffic levels, average order values, conversion rates, gross sales and commissions earned and how to best maximize the returns and grow both our commercial business and merchant relationships.

You will work mainly with the operations team to full analyze performance and then relay this research to the Sales Team who will act on the information thus improving the coupons business. You will be also responsible for maximizing the revenue potential of our demand channels (onsite and email), acting as neutral decision maker.


Set up Coupon campaigns for EMEA across Web, Touch and App.
Report on coupon merchandising campaigns, measure real time traffic to implement changes to increase conversion.
Manage the Merchant Tier system. Review top performing Merchants, assess ranking from performance, conversion, commission and gross sales and relay information to Sales Team
Monitor and manage coupons performance via Tableau and affiliate networks, reporting on performance and identifying optimization opportunities
Work with Operations Manager to assess where to focus Merchant SEO investments
Act as point person to understand traffic shifts and changes in conjunction with EMEA merchandising leads
Understand the EMEA customer behavioral changes related to coupon usage
Monitor seasonality and measure its impact on the coupons business identifying both micro and macro trends
Build and maintain a repository of design assets
Build and maintain a repository of merchandising guidelines and how-to guides
Support on Project delivery, communications and content creation for Merchandising and tied in Product developments.
Skills (necessary):

Experience with CMS (content management systems) and HTML (more advanced knowledge about coding languages like Javascript, CSS, Java)
Analytical experience with advanced Excel skills, Tableau or other data visualization software and ideally also SQL.
Presenting complicated data in a simple and comprehensive way.

Tableau, Google for Business (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Google Search Console, TeraData, SalesForce, Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Search Metrics, Affiliate Network platforms
