What You Will Do
GoPro is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to consult, advise and coach on people and organizational needs to ensure alignment of human capital with business strategy. This position is highly consultative, influential and will require tight collaboration with other People team members and client group leaders. In addition, the Senior People Business Partner will implement GoPro’s people strategy, organizational design and leadership development with the ultimate goal of building a stronger business.
Understand the products, operations, strategies, goals and leadership of GoPro
Continually assess functional organizational health and effectiveness, identifying opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies along with growth and scalable success
Partner with the Organizational Development team to develop and deliver educational and experiential offerings to support manager effectiveness and leadership, and in turn drive employee effectiveness, engagement, and satisfaction
Provide guidance on topics such as compensation, organizational change, retention, engagement, development and performance
Provide direction/coaching on employee relations issues, feedback, mentoring and career planning
Collaborate with managers to create development plans for employees
Partner effectively with managers to ensure they onboard, engage, leverage, scale and retain their teams
Partner with Recruiting to provide insights and support informed, high quality decisions
Design and implement appropriate rollout plans for programs and initiatives
Provide training reinforcement on company policies
Participate enthusiastically on the team by providing great feedback, ideas, and suggestions

Skills We’re Stoked About
BA/BS in Business, Organizational Behavior, or other translatable area. Master’s/MBA preferred with 7-10+ years of combined experiences in Business Partner/Manager, consultant and/or HR Specialist roles
Excellent listening skills, and a thoughtful and skilled communicator
Strong sense of “team" and a desire to help build a dynamic, unique organization
Curiosity that drives you to the learn business quickly
Ability to facilitate discussions with ease, and deliver the full suite of HR services
