FusionOps is looking for an energetic Office Manager to run the daily operations of our Mountain View office, a quick walk from Caltrain with cafes and restaurants right outside our door. Our Office Manager will wear multiple hats. In addition to managing the day to day functions of the office, you will play a critical role championing company culture and supporting our recruiting efforts, primarily with scheduling candidates for interviews and hosting them during on-site interviews. You will be a key member of our newly established People team and you’ll gain significant exposure to Talent Acquisition (recruiting) and People Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the dynamic nature of a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Manage all aspects of the daily functions of the office

· Keep the company well-fed by organizing delicious company lunches and stocking our kitchen with a refreshing and healthy variety of snacks and beverages

· Maintain a safe, well-organized and well-stocked work environment, and serve as the trusted go-to person for office-related questions and needs

· Be a champion of FusionOps’ distinctive company culture. Constantly be on the lookout for new and exciting ways to make our office a more vibrant place to work

· Enthusiastically welcome visitors to the office and help them during their stay

· Organize office functions and events, both on-site and off-site

· Work in close collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews and shepherd candidates through their on-site interviews

· Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and building landlord / handyman

Required Skills:

1-2 years experience as an Office Manager
Experience ordering and stocking supplies
Some experience planning events
Basic experience with MS Word, Excel and Google Calendar / Google Docs
A can-do attitude and positive energy, as you are the first point of contact for many guests to our office and a steward of company culture within the office
Strong project management and planning skills, including an ability to multi-task and prioritize
A service-oriented mentality and a willingness to pro-actively identify, own and resolve issues around the office
Attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Mail/Calendar/Drive
Additional Skills:

A friendly, positive, energetic demeanor
Attention to detail (an absolute must!)
A service-oriented mentality
A passion for creating an inviting place for our employees to work
Someone who pro-actively identifies issues around the office and resolves them
Experience as an admin, or doing basic scheduling (for execs or for a recruiting team) and travel planning
Experience keeping a kitchen well-stocked and coordinating company lunches
