As one of the founding members of FusionOps’ newly established People Operations team, you will provide critical HR support to our rapidly growing business. You are a detail-oriented, process-driven HR professional passionate about creating a vibrant environment for team members to work, learn and grow. You enjoy building new processes and programs from the ground up. You bring a service-oriented mentality and you pro-actively look for ways to make our company an amazing place to work each and every day.

This position will be based in our Mountain View office, a quick walk from Caltrain with restaurants and cafes right at our doorstep. You will report into our Chief People Officer and work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Finance teams.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a champion of our distinctive company culture. Constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance our company culture and work environment
Manage onboarding for all new hires
Design and run a thoughtful and inspiring new hire onboarding program to equip our employees to be successful right from the start
Oversee employee benefits administration
Assist with the selection, design and implementation of an HRIS
Support payroll submissions by providing Finance with timely and accurate updates on our employees
Ensure we remain in compliance with company policy, federal, state and local labor laws
Stay up to speed on HR best practices and recommend ways that we can continually evolve our People programming to be best in class
Provide project management support for key HR programs, such as performance management, training and development
Provide support to our Talent Acquisition team as needed
Requirements

Bachelor's degree
1- 2 years of work experience in a People Ops / HR role
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
A pro-active and creative approach to problem solving
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential at all times
Ability to balance multiple, often competing, demands in a fast-paced environment
Additional training and coursework in Human Resources is a plus
