Mellanox Technologies is looking for an experienced High touch end user sales to cover the Japan HPC market. In this high profile and challenging role you will be reporting to the Japan Country Manager and will be responsible for both the strategy and the development of our sales in the Japan region.
You will be charged with developing and expanding sales operations in this field, planning, forecasting and executing all sales activities. The successful candidate will manage established and current customer relationships with enterprises in the region which includes Financial Services, Fortune 1000, web 2.0, manufacturing and other large companies.
You will be responsible for developing account relationships with the key people within the potential client organizations by providing high level product information and explanations to successfully address the clients’ needs. Responsibilities include achieving assigned sales quotas together with customer goals, as well as developing business and proposals for presentation to customers, coordinating account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development.
Net New Sales Development & Account Management.
Provide quarterly targets.
Frequent travel required.
10+ years "current" experience in sales with a successful sales track record of achieving & exceeding quota.
An understanding of the business issues of large enterprises.
Networking/Switching /Data Center technology background.
Ability to develop marketing plans, market knowledge and understanding the customers’ needs.
Focus will be on closing skills and meeting sales goals.
Self-starter who is able to successfully work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Japanese.
