Global Services Operations Lead

Mellanox Technologies is looking for a Global Services Operations professional who will be responsible for a variety of operational and administrative tasks inducing: Administering WebEx based virtual instructor-led courses, managing varied operational computerized systems (Salesforce, Moodle and others) and lead global project delivery logistics.

* This position requires working hours flexibility, including 5-9 evenings (be at the office 21:30) each month.

Administration of remote courses via WebEx including users registration, hosting the sessions, serve as a focal point for the participants needs (troubleshooting etc..)
Running all operational aspects of worldwide on-site training events including course books shipment, facilities coordination and more.
Running the operational aspects of the worldwide on-site Professional Services activity
Ownership of the Mellanox Academy’s users registration and administration while taking care of basic troubleshooting
Issue on-going and periodical reports

At least 2 years of experience of working in similar roles
Excellent sense of responsibility and urgency
Multi-task person
Good written and spoken English
Highly experienced with Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Excel and Word (Power Point experience is an advantage).
Ability to work 5-9 evenings each month (18:00 – 21:30)

Familiar with Moodle
