This is a new role in EMEA. We are looking for a dynamic and autonomous team player to lead customer growth in Marketing. This is a broad role that requires the ability to set up and roll-out a Net Adds function for EMEA, aligned to Global team to deliver marketing plans to grow a strong customer base of customer. You will be tasked with creating ongoing activation campaigns to formulate to drive customer acquisition whilst maintaining an ongoing focus on managing deactivations.

Key responsibilities include:

Customer Activations:

Develop and lead the implementation of marketing and promotional activity to drive activations/ reactivations
Roll out activation campaigns across EMEA, collaborating closely with Channel Marketing team, and Integrated Marketing Manager to deliver on/offline campaigns to activate customers in key markets
Work closely with Strategic Partnership team to identify and evaluate partner opportunities (WOW deals) to activate and retain customers
Identify new channels and creative ideas to engage and attract customers, working with internal resources and 3rd party agencies
Adapt learnings and best practices from North America and ensure ongoing alignment with Global strategy
Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and track the progress of campaigns and customer growth.
Ongoing tracking and reporting on performance of each country in region and developing corrective action where necessary
Work closely with Finance to ensure and monitor the incrementality of marketing and promotional spend on customer growth metrics and trade-off of other levers with customer growth
Understand the impact of activation campaigns on deactivations. Work closely with CLTV team to ensure ongoing campaigns throughout customer lifecycle support ongoing engagement and ultimately customer retention.

We are ideally looking for candidates with the following capabilities and background:

Groupon Marketing Level 3
5+ years of professional experience within a marketing and/or digital agency planning
Self-starter, hungry to do work that will leave a legacy
Strong communicator and influencer
Analytical and detail oriented
Customer centric and customer focussed
Mix of creativity and analytical capability
Experience in designing and executing marketing campaigns through multiple channels
