We are looking for a strong commercial marketer to initiate and drive customer-centric merchandising marketing programs across EMEA. The Services Marketing Manager in Dublin is a new role within the EMEA Marketing team to drive performance of the Services Line of Business.
The Services Marketing Manager’s responsibilities will include:

Strategy & Planning

Develop the strategy and manage the marketing programmes that drive demand for the Services Line of Business
Coordinate planning closely with channel marketing, Supply, Research, City Planning and Marketing Operations
Conceive and develop innovative marketing programmes that drive demand.
Work closely with the supply team to align with their goals
Sales & Marketing Enablement:

Act as the primary interface to marketing channels for all Services demand generating activity
Plan & manage the full lifecycle of online and offline campaigns for Services to maximise performance of customer base
Work closely with brand marketing to develop the Services Line of Business, adding value to the Groupon Brand
Work with stakeholders on new iterative marketing campaigns to optimise acquisition and engagement
Craft specific messaging that targets the right audience, drives awareness and purchase
Analytics & Reporting

Establish and report on activity and campaign metrics and ROI; communicate goals/results to organization
Monitor performance, to take corrective action where necessary and anticipates business issues. Develop future business plans
We are ideally looking for candidates with the following capabilities and background:

Groupon Marketing Level 3
5+ years of professional experience within a marketing and planning
Clearly demonstrated experience in designing and executing marketing campaigns through multiple channels
Have a combination of creative, analytical, and strategic acumen
Good interpersonal skills, and highly collaborative, incl. in international and cross-cultural context
Hungry to do work that will leave a legacy
