Ensure market readiness of Beauty Now

Coordinate phased marketing efforts to scale as our confidence in the strength of the product increases and to support the rollout and scaling plan

Size the total addressable market and develop a plan to capture share of the market

Develop forecasts/projections for the rate at which we will drive adoption from the target audience and the corresponding number of activations we will drive

Work with key product, engineering, and analytics stakeholders to ensure that our automated marketing systems can support computational/automated marketing for the product

Test into and execute the optimal media mix to drive maximum leverage at each given point in the product’s life cycle, driving demand starting from awareness through to trial, and ultimately to loyalty

Coordinate with marketing channels to develop the budget needed to support paid marketing and the “opportunity cost budget” needed to support managed channel marketing; drive alignment with Finance and Revenue Management on the budgets

Champion testing and innovation amongst the marketing channels to support this unique product

Work with Beauty Now’s dedicated merchandiser to drive marketing through merchandising (e.g., email, push notifications, app inbox manager, onsite placements)

Work with the Brand team and their agency to develop above-the-line creatives to support awareness and familiarity as we take the product to market (when we are ready to do mass media advertising)

Develop a rollout (new platforms) and scaling (new cities, new integrations) plan in partnership with the business, product, and finance teams
