We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Hebron, KY Fulfillment Center. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for maintaining warehouse equipment and ensuring that it is safe and operable.
Responsibilities/Basic Skills Needed:
Provide support and assistance to the production staff
Maintaining conveyor belts, tracking, lacing, drive gearboxes, etc.
Make repairs as necessary to maintain material handling equipment uptime
Understand and apply safe work practices
Ability to use a power tools such as, hand drill, saw, handtools.etc.
Ability to take direction and follow through with results
Cooperative attitude and a team player.
Flexible regarding work hours or tasks required, available to work overtime
Possess reliable work transportation
Awareness of production associates needs in a warehouse environment
Willingness to learn the maintenance field
1-3 years maintenance experience required
Experience with conveyors, performing troubleshooting and repairs
Knowledge of electrical panels, control cabinets, or controls troubleshooting
Experience with multi meters, control circuitry trouble shooting — Any past experience with 3 phase or low voltage power
Experience with pneumatic actuators, controls a plus
Experience with photo eyes, sensor arrays, thru-beam sensors, etc.
Building construction experience helpful, such as plumbing, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, etc
Experience operating forklifts or PIT Equipment
Air Compressor experience helpful
Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical/building drawing
PLC experience a plus. , AB RSLogix, AB Micrologix 1000
